Mitsuboshi Colors ( 三ツ星カラーズ , Mitsuboshi Karāzu , lit. "3 Star Colors") is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated past Katsuwo. The manga was serialized in ASCII Media Works' Monthly Comic Dengeki Daioh magazine from 2014 to June 27, 2020. The original manga series written by Katsuwo began serialization in ASCII Media Works' Monthly Comic Dengeki Daioh magazine in 2014.[6] Seven tankōbon volumes take been released as of October 26, 2019.[7] The series finished after 72 chapters, ending in the Baronial 2020 issue of Dengeki Daioh which released in June 2020.[8]

An anime adaptation was announced at the Dengeki Comic Festival 2017 on March 12, 2017,[1] which was later confirmed to exist a tv series on July 27, 2017. The anime series is being directed by Tomoyuki Kawamura and produced by Argent Link, with series limerick past Shogo Yasukawa and character design by Takumi Yokota. The 12-episode series aired in Japan between January 7 and March 25, 2018.[2] [9] The opening and catastrophe themes respectively are "Colors Power ni Omakasero!" ( カラーズぱわーにおまかせろ！ , Go out it to Colors' Power! ) and "Phenomenon Colors☆Honjitsu Mo Ijō Nashi! ( ミラクルカラーズ☆本日も異常ナシ！ , Miracle Colors☆No Abnormalities Today Either! ), both performed by Colors☆Slash (Yūki Takada, Marika Kouno, and Natsumi Hioka).[10] Sentai Filmworks licensed the serial in North America and streamed it on Hidive.[11]

Shortly after, the Colors discover some closed off alleyways in the market place Ameyoko. They become curious as to why the alleyways are closed off, somewhen discovering that the alleyways are covered in wet paint. Afterwards on, the Colors receive some nattō from Sat-chan's mother Saori Kise. As the Colors visit a swimming, they consult high schoolgirl Nonoka "Nono" Sasaki about how to use nattō in order to keep the pondwater clean. As Nonoka believes that the best matter to assist nature is for all mankind to die out, this leads the Colors to allow the pondwater exist dirty in order to save mankind from being killed. | |||

Sabbatum-chan makes the example more challenging by vowing to speak just once until the case is solved. They detect the lucky cat statue at Sasaki Breadstuff and realize that the thief is none other than Nonoka. The testify received mixed reviews. Paul Jensen of Anime News Network said that the show doesn't "quite translate into anything truly memorable", and said the bear witness's early episodes focus too much on the "key personality traits" in its early episodes, but said it is "nevertheless perfectly watchable" in those episodes. Even so, he said that by the show's fourth episode, the show has a "comfortable rhythm" that balances sense of humour and jokes, saying it reminded him of Non Non Biyori. He concluded that the show is "entertaining to watch" and relaxing, but it non "genuinely memorable" and criticized the animation and fine art for being "to a higher place average".[13] However, in reviewing the first episode, Rebecca Silverman of the same website described it as a "cute girls evidence" she can "get behind", Theron Martin chosen it "charming", and Nick Creamer called it a "a joy from start to finish" while Lynzee Loveridge was more critical.[14]
