I'm glad my husband is a handyman. The holes to connect the bottom board to the back board weren't deep enough, so my husband had to get his drill kit and fix it himself. Otherwise I would've had to return it. Now that it's put together though it's my favorite piece of furniture. It doesn't take up too much space, cubbies are great for shoes, and gives a welcoming feeling to guests. Love this bench!

A little difficult to put together by yourself. Spent a couple hours on it and gave up. Tackled it the next and got it in no time. Once put together it was very sturdy. It was exactly what I wanted to hide things but give my bedroom a nice piece of furniture. Would recommend. Just be sure to have a good tool kit handy, hammer and all!
